一种利用机器学习优化MIMO窃听信道天线选择的方法

为保障多输入多输出窃听信道系统中信息传输的保密性，提出了一种基于机器学习的天线选择方案。首先利用机器学习解决分类问题准确率高、处理大数据高效这一优势，设计了基于奇异值分解的特征值提取、基于信干噪比的标签赋值方案，建立了k最近邻分类器和逻辑回归分类器选择最优天线最大化保密性能（可达保密速率和保密中断概率）。与传统天线选择方案相比，所提方案获得了几乎一致的保密性能，并且大幅降低了系统的选择复杂度和误比特率。     

企业青年人才培养的科学策略分析

随着社会经济的发展,企业所面临的市场竞争环境更加激烈,从本质上来说,企业之间的竞争即知识和人才的竞争。青年人才属于助推企业持续发展的重要资源,也是促进企业改革创新的中坚力量。基于此,企业必须要充分认识到青年人才培养的必要性,采取有效策略开展好此项工作。论文结合实际工作对此问题展开了探讨。

新农科建设是新农业新乡村新农民新生态建设的必然要求,顺应了新时代社会的发展规律,致力于培养爱农业、懂技术、善经营的高水平实用技能型卓越农林新人才。"新农科"建设宣言的提出对高等院校涉农专业人才的培养提出了更高的期许和要求。目前江西高校存在涉农专业人才数量紧缺且离农化趋势严重,涉农专业精品课程少、设置不够合理,涉农专业人才培养结构与行业需求脱轨,科研成果转化率不高的问题。本文从新农科建设的角度出发,针对江西高校在涉农专业人才培养过程中出现的问题提出了相应的对策。

论文以城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例,运用霍尔三维结构模式理论构建以知识体系、岗位技能、职业素养为坐标的三维立体人才培养模式维度体系,打破了传统仅以知识体系和岗位技能为重点的二维人才培养模式,丰富了交通类高职专业人才培养模式研究理论,为交通类相关专业在制定人才培养方案时提供参考依据。     

War and economy. Rediscovering the eighteenth-century military entrepreneur

Abstract

The detrimental effects traditionally assigned to warfare in the development of pre-industrial economies have obscured the prominent role that military entrepreneurs played in economic development in this period. Historiography minimises the extent to which war and the concomitant strengthening of the central state provided a whole new range of opportunities for capital investment, a tendency that has been strengthened by the paradigm of Redlich’s ‘decline of the soldier-entrepreneur’ and the technological determinism of the debate on the Military Revolution among others. The aim of this introduction is to look into the background of this relative lack of interest and to reaffirm the mutual dependence of eighteenth-century state-formation and the business of war.

How to increase multichannel shopping satisfaction? An adapted Kano based stage-gate approach to select new technologies

Today, brick-and-mortar retailers with integrated online shops have many alternatives to increase their customers’ shopping satisfaction: They could invest in (for the retailers) new physical store technologies (e.g., beacons or magical mirrors if not implemented up to now), new online shop technologies (e.g., visual tagging or webcams), or in new less technology-based improvement options (e.g. events or product testing). We propose an adapted Kano based stage-gate approach to support multichannel retailers confronted with such selection problems. The approach is applied to a major European sporting goods retailer. 37 improvement options are pre-selected and evaluated by current and potential customers. It can be shown that instore returns, instore services, reserve&collect, click&collect, customization, product testing, and magical mirrors are drivers of satisfaction for the current customers and should be implemented in contrast to, e.g., geofencing or beacons. The potential customers are more technology-savvy, but show similar categorizations as a current customer segment and so confirm the selection.
